Judy Dress in Burgundy and Black Tulip Faconne Velvet and Smock Beaded Hand Pleated Silk

This slender dress will fit a size 10. Made from our signature hand pleated silk which has been intricately smocked and beaded at the hip. The top part of the garment is made from a luxurious French faconne velvet which we used before we had perfected the devore technique. This is a very rare piece in that it was the only one ever made.
